Registered Manager - Children’s Residential in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Permanent and full time, Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm.
This is not your standard children’s home. An ambitious, values-led provider is building genuinely therapeutic, love-led homes and already achieving strong Ofsted outcomes early in their journey. They own 2 homes in the Basingstoke area of Hampshire and are looking for 2 high-calibre Registered Managers to lead a home each. The company is managed by a very hard-working management team determined to give everything they can to parent their children the way every child deserves. This company is about striving for opportunities and enjoying exciting times for all involved. There are masses of strategies that have been put into place to do things differently and in a modern way. They are a growing business, and this is the perfect time to join if you are looking for a successful and meaningful career working with children and young people. Each Manager will have a very knowledgeable mentor who will be stepping up to be the RI once you have settled into your role as the RM.
About the homes:
- Each home cares for 3 children.
- Both have great staff teams recruited and both have great children settled within them.
- The children are aged 5-18 years and have been referred because they have been removed from their family homes due to neglect, inconsistent parenting, domestic violence, mental health issues, substance misuse, and high medical needs such as brain tumours.
- Our children have contact with their families from either 2-3 times per week or on an ad hoc basis.

What you need to apply:
