As a Sales Development Diagnostic & Workshop Solutions UK/IR, you will play a pivotal role in creating and expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the UK/IRL. Your primary responsibilities will involve actively identifying and developing new business channels, negotiating commercial agreements, conducting market research, engaging with key customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

- Actively identify, pursue and develop new business channels to sell diagnostics tools to garages and workshops via various channels
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements to drive product penetration and revenue growth
- Engage directly with key customers, fostering strong relationships and closing sales deals
- Implement a sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
- Liaise with the product and marketing teams, providing on-the-ground insights and feedback from customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize the impact of promotional campaigns for our solutions within the territory
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors and adjust the field sales strategies accordingly
- Manage and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular field visits and follow-ups

Your Profile as Sales Development Diagnostic & Workshop Solutions UK/IR (m/d/f):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of proven field sales, sales developmentor business development experiencewith automotive aftermarketfocus on aftermarket diagnostics tools
- Proven track record of achieving field sales, sales, channel targets, and driving business growth
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop business channels on the ground
- Good understanding of the UK /IRL market peculiarities and dynamics
- Very strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Very good and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service
