About the team
Our team specializes in working with large, diverse equipment and machinery. With a dedicated workforce of 30 technicians, we thrive on a 3-shift pattern, with 10 individuals per shift, allowing us to maintain round-the-clock productivity and support. One of our key strengths lies in our team\’s diverse mix of experience, ranging from seasoned professionals to budding talents. We actively foster an environment where younger technicians have ample opportunities to learn and grow alongside their more experienced counterparts, ensuring a continuous cycle of skill development.
What you can look forward to as Maintenance Technician:
- All duties concerned with the installation, repair, development, and maintenance of any machinery / assembly line equipment.
- Daily reporting of work completed.
- Spare parts stock control and the reporting of requirements.
- Cleanliness of the workshop / equipment and tools.
- Documenting and investigating root causes of machine breakdown online sheets
- Exercise high standards of H&S at all times, including Environmental Safety Awareness
Your Profile as Maintenance Technician:
- ONC / HNC
- 2-5 years in a similar role, ideally automotive and electronics experience
- Electrical / Mechanical Fault finding skills
- Good understanding of root cause analysis
- Team Player with positive ‘go see’ attitude being able to work under own initiative
- Good Communication skills as well as interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
