The immediate mission: design and launch an AI-powered web agency that can close 50+ website builds in 2.5 weeks, using agentic systems and heavy automation.
You’ll be helping to:
- Build AI-driven lead gen engines (high-volume lead scraping, enrichment, qualification).
- Set up AI outreach systems (multi-channel, personalized, automated follow-up).
- Implement AI sales closing flows and workflows.
- Wire everything together using tools like n8n for automations and 10Web / AI website builders for fast site production.
You should be:
- Experienced with systems, funnels, and automation.
- Comfortable experimenting fast, shipping MVP workflows, and iterating daily.
- Able to sell – from cold outreach to closed deal – preferably in AI web/agency or SaaS.
This is for someone who wants to be in early, build the machine, then scale it hard – not just sit in a seat and follow a script.
