- Act as the key point of contact for strategic enterprise clients
- Build and manage senior relationships including C-Suite and key decision makers
- Create and deliver client strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and long term growth
- Identify and convert opportunities to expand services and increase revenue
- Advise clients on how to leverage AI, data and technology solutions
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes
