About the company:
- European, multi-country B2B SaaS business growing rapidly in the UK market
- Semi-centralised structure: strategy and operating standards set centrally, then localised and executed in-market
- Established UK presence with strong traction in one core vertical, alongside clear white-space to expand into additional industries
- Opportunity to grow outside of the UK market
About the role:
- Senior commercial leadership role owning the UK plus European markets, based in London
- Primary mission: Scale an established UK business materially
- Launch and accelerate two additional European markets from a low starting point
- Full ownership of regional go-to-market execution including new business growth and existing client retention
- Cross-functional leadership across the revenue organisation, partnering closely with global sales, customer success, marketing and operational stakeholders
- Act as the "launcher + scaler": localise central strategy, build the plan, drive momentum, and propose expansion paths proactively
Your previous experience:
- Strong SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally having scaled a UK commercial function within a European / international structure
- Proven experience launching and growing emerging markets
- Strong cross-functional operator: able to align Sales, CSM, Marketing and Ops around shared outcomes and execution
- Demonstrable experience building market plans: segmentation, ICP definition, pipeline strategy, hiring/structure and cadence
- Track record delivering significant growth targets in a scale-up environment (high-growth trajectory expected)
- Builder mindset: Proactive, energetic, accountable
- Structured problem-solver with strong commercial judgement
- Not an "admin operator" someone who drives the agenda and raises the bar
