About the role
- Drive commercial expansion and revenue growth across a defined portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Lead strategic account planning to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and nurture senior stakeholder relationships (CHRO, Head of Talent, Procurement) to drive long-term value and partnership.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining full ownership of renewals and commercial growth.
- Leverage a consultative, data‑led sales approach to position a wide portfolio of workforce solutions across global regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with customer priorities and driving measurable impact on workforce outcomes.

- Comfortable managing a $2.5M–$3M book of business and delivering $K+ in net-new expansion ARR annually.

- Experienced building and managing C‑suite relationships, particularly within HR and Talent functions.
