About the role:
- Generate new business pipeline through consistent, high-volume outbound activity.
- Book 20+ qualified meetings per month using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Execute outbound campaigns against targeted prospect lists and priority sectors.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and convert them into booked meetings.
- Accurately track activity and outcomes in HubSpot.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain resilience in a high-activity outbound role.
- Develop commercial understanding by joining handover calls and observing later-stage sales conversations.
- As capability grows, focus will shift towards improving meeting quality and qualification.
Your previous experience:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound lead generation as an SDR or BDR.
- Comfortable with cold calling as a core part of your day-to-day.
- Coachable, adaptable, and able to adjust your approach based on feedback and results.
- Strong work ethic with a track record of consistent activity and output.
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot experience ideal).

Package:
