About the role
- Hybrid role based in London, reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success
- Own execution of technology adoption plans across major enterprise accounts
- Drive measurable usage, behavioural change and tangible value delivery
- Configure platforms, map operational processes and run hands-on user training
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments with defined KPIs and success metrics
- Act as a senior client-facing contact, building trusted stakeholder relationships
- Proactively identify adoption risks and intervene early to ensure success
- Thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment with high accountability
Your previous experience
- Background in Customer Success, implementation, onboarding or a similar client-facing delivery role
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise accounts in parallel
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master new software platforms
- Confident presenter who can command the room with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, execution-focused and comfortable working at speed
- Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous
