About the role
- Lead commercial expansion across Northern Europe by developing and managing strategic partnerships with regional integrators, resellers, and technology allies.
- Co-sell through partners to unlock new markets and secure long-term relationships with both public and enterprise customers.
- Own the complete sales process from prospecting and partner onboarding to negotiation and closing.
- Shape regional go-to-market strategy, refine local positioning, and build scalable partner playbooks for rapid growth.
- Work closely with technical and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery and strong partner performance.
- Represent the business at relevant industry events, contributing to market visibility and thought leadership.
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in partnership-led public sector sales, ideally within technology, data, or digital infrastructure.
- Proven success in developing and scaling go-to-market partnerships with integrators or channel partners.
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and long-cycle deal structures.
- Commercially astute, proactive, and adaptable within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Package
- Base salary: €70, – €90,.
- Uncapped commission paid quarterly.
