About the role

As the founding outbound Account Executive, you will be responsible for building a scalable new-business engine. Develop and execute targeted outreach to enterprise and upper mid-market clients across product, QA, and engineering functions. Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, navigating multi-stakeholder technical deals. Partner with marketing to convert inbound and trial activity into revenue opportunities. Contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategy. Work closely with founders to refine messaging and shape the commercial direction of the business.

About you

  • 3+ years proven track record in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Skilled at consultative, technical sales and comfortable engaging with engineering, QA, or product teams.
  • Confident prospector with experience building relationships from scratch and creating new opportunities.
  • Commercially minded, structured, and data-driven in your approach to sales.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and accountability.

Package
