We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions that power mission‑critical communications systems. You will join a collaborative Agile team focused on ensuring performance, reliability, scalability, and technical excellence across diverse environments.
As a senior member of the engineering team, you will play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural and design decisions across the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Your contributions will include full‑cycle development covering analysis, design, implementation, testing, and integration, helping to shape the future of life‑saving communications technologies.
- You will take ownership of complex technical challenges and deliver high‑quality software solutions within Agile sprint cycles, contributing to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet user requirements and business goals, while contributing to system architecture, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.
- You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable C#/.NET code for a WPF platform, participate in peer reviews, and champion high coding standards across the development team.

Required Experience
- You’ll have strong commercial experience in C#/.NET software development and be highly proficient with WPF as a target platform.
- You will have experience designing and developing scalable, high‑performance applications within complex technical environments.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to CI/CD delivery practices is essential.
- You’ll possess a strong understanding of software architecture, object‑oriented programming principles, and software design patterns.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell would be advantageous.
- You should be comfortable mentoring junior team members, contributing to technical discussions, and driving engineering best practices across the wider team.
