ZETEC are recruiting a hands-on Quality Control Technician to take ownership of product testing, compliance and quality performance within a busy Wirral-based manufacturing operation. You will play a key role in protecting product integrity, identifying risks early and ensuring only fully compliant product leaves site.
The Role
- Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process batches and finished goods
- Review batch records and production documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Identify non-conformances and lead corrective actions
- Support investigations into quality issues and customer complaints
- Produce accurate, timely quality reports
- Carry out internal production audits
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure testing areas remain audit-ready
- Support trials, process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Champion safe working practices and high housekeeping standards
