Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) is the AI-Powered Marketing Cloud that leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and trillions of consumer signals to make it easier for marketers to acquire, grow, and retain customers more efficiently. Our enterprise customers across multiple verticals are empowered to personalize experiences with consumers at an individual level across every channel, delivering better results for marketing programs.

We're hiring a Senior UX Designer to work on a core B2B SaaS product. This is a pivotal year — AI is changing what's possible in our platform, and we need designers who can think carefully about where it genuinely improves user workflows and where it doesn't.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered features — from early discovery through to shipped product, with clear ownership across every stage.
  • Plan and run user research — interviews, usability testing, synthesis workshops — and bring those insights directly into your design decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops with PMs, engineers and stakeholders to align on the right problem before moving to solutions.
  • Assess and build on existing patterns — understanding what is working well, making a clear case for what needs to change, and knowing when leaving something alone is the right call.
  • Present design decisions to senior stakeholders, articulating the rationale clearly and connecting design choices to product and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with a second senior designer on this product, pairing on complex problems and maintaining a consistent quality bar.
  • Explore how AI can meaningfully improve user workflows — thinking carefully about where it adds genuine value and where it does not.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of UX design experience in B2B SaaS or complex digital products.
  • Strong research foundation — you're comfortable designing and running your own user research, from screeners to synthesis.
  • Advanced Figma skills — components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and using Figma throughout the design process, not only at the delivery stage.
  • Strong design judgement — knowing where to invest effort, when an existing solution is good enough, and how to prioritise in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Critical thinking grounded in evidence — you question assumptions and push for clarity, but base decisions on research and reasoning rather than instinct alone.
  • Experience designing for AI features or AI-assisted workflows — you understand the nuances of designing for probabilistic, non-deterministic systems.
  • Confident facilitating cross-functional workshops and presenting to product and business stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset — invested in the quality of the team's work as well as your own.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with enterprise-grade or data-heavy B2B interfaces.
  • Familiarity with design systems at scale — contributing to or evolving shared component libraries.
  • Background in interaction design or systems thinking.

BENEFITS & PERKS

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage.
