The Role
Field Marketing Manager is a new role within the Zeta EMEA Activation team. You will be responsible for planning and executing integrated campaigns that raise Zeta’s profile in the industry and with target accounts, generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support sales goals in the UK market. You’ll ensure the Zeta brand shows up in the right places with the right messages to drive impact. This is a high visibility individual contributor role working closely with sales leadership and other stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in our London office.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the UK sales teams to understand market dynamics and develop field marketing plans that align to revenue goals.
- Own end-to-end execution of marketing activation, including in-person events, digital programmes and agency engagement.
- Localise global campaign themes to fit UK market needs and cultural context and build a campaign calendar.
- Work with the sales team to create follow-up strategies and support pipeline growth.
- Manage budget, measure impact, and report on KPIs including pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the EMEA Activation team in other markets to share learnings, best practices and insight on what best drives client engagement and long-term revenue results.
- Build processes and best practices for marketing and sales teams.
Requirements
- Possesses 5+ years' experience delivering marketing activation in an AdTech, MarTech, media or other similar industries.
- Proven experience owning marketing campaigns and activations from planning to execution and measurement.
- Demonstratable ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
- A “hands-on” professional able to take on responsibility for execution of all activations whether digital or in person events.
- Experience of managing a budget and tracking ROI.
- An outstanding communicator who can translate commercial needs and objectives into an effective marketing plan.
