Key Responsibilities:
- Leading larger projects, planning work, and delegating tasks to other technicians.
- Creating technical drawings in 2D and 3D for major infrastructure projects.
- Mentoring junior technicians.
- Daily liaison with clients and external design teams.
- Producing reinforcement bending schedules for reinforced concrete.
- Managing workload across multiple projects to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with BIM packages such as ReCAP & Navisworks.
- Experience detailing structures in reinforced concrete and steel.
- Strong technical drawing skills using Revit and AutoCAD for building materials.
- Excellent knowledge of civil and structural build details and construction interfaces.
