About the job: As a Senior Smart Buildings Solutions Designer in the Pre-Sales Bids team, you will take on designing, scoping and the costing of security solutions for the business. This role covers all aspects of the pre-sales process, requiring experience in infrastructure design and costing of major design and build projects. Qualifications: Familiarity with ITT/RFP, RFIs, and mid/post bid presentations. Minimum five A*-C (4-9) GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths or English. 5 years relevant practical experience in a similar role. Smart Building systems that operate over electronic security experience Experience in the design and build of security solutions (Axis, Avigilon, Milestone, Honeywell, Zenitel, Commend etc.) Accreditations or memberships of relevant bodies within the Smart Buildings industry. Experience in the design and build of security solutions for enterprise, data center and campus fit-out projects. Awareness of Audio Visual, ICT Infrastructure, IoT, and Wired
