They are looking for someone with a great cabling, security systems, and audio-visual design experience. You will create detailed technical drawings and models using BIM technologies and CAD software, work on networking infrastructure, security layouts, and AV systems for commercial and residential environments.

Responsibilities:
You will create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of building systems and components using AutoCAD or Revit. Work closely with designers/stakeholders/project teams to understand design requirements, utilise BIM software to develop intelligent models that facilitate coordination and collaboration among different project disciplines. Assisting in coordinating design efforts with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers, ensuring that CAD designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, as well as managing CAD files and project documentation.
