About the role

  • Degree-level qualification in an appropriate engineering or science discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and a willingness to embark on a new chapter in your career.
  • Strong organizational skills, proficiency in IT, and technical report writing abilities.

Experience and software

  • Experience with MS Excel, Holebase SI, Surfer, and MS Project is required.
  • Familiarity with CAD or GIS would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience with geotechnical software such as GEO5 / PDisp is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, costing, and managing site investigations, and undertaking site appraisals and reviewing third-party information.
  • Interpreting data and producing reports to a professional standard.
  • Reviewing and undertaking Remediation Strategies, Land Contamination Assessments, Desk Studies, and Validation work as required.
  • Project management, overseeing junior staff, and involvement in foundation design, slope stability assessments, and settlement analysis.
