As an experienced Architectural Technologist you will display passion and professionalism, collaborating with team members across all RIBA stages 2 and onward. You will need to work closely with the wider design and technical team members, alongside external parties including clients and contractors. A confident, decisive manner is essential to allow programme milestones to be met, in addition to strong communication skills, and proven project running experience. Key Responsibilities Work within a collaborative team across RIBA stages 2 and onwards all within education, healthcare and leisure sectors. Have a sound knowledge of current UK Building Regulations in the relevant sectors. Attend design team meetings, and showcase leadership across internal teams. Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities and contractors on projects. Guide juniors on design and technical details when needed. About You The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of three years' post qualification experience, with a proven ability to design in accordance with statutory design requirements.
