This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer queries via email and online sales channels in a timely, brand-aligned tone
  • Invoicing clients and managing payment follow-ups
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly analytics reporting
  • Coordinating with key suppliers to ensure timely material sourcing
  • Assisting with logistics and operations including purchasing and inventory support
  • Maintaining data consistency across omni-channel presence
