The Role
You’ll be involved in delivering a range of building performance and energy assessment services across diverse projects, including:
- Dynamic overheating assessments (TM52, TM59 and Part O compliance)
- Thermal modelling and building performance analysis using IES or similar tools
- Supporting wider energy modelling work (SAP, SBEM) and compliance reporting
- Contributing to Energy Statements and planning submissions
- Engaging with clients and design teams to inform building performance and comfort strategies
You’ll also have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise, with structured training and exposure to a variety of projects.
Do you have?
- Experience working within an energy/sustainability consultancy or similar environment
- Hands-on experience delivering overheating assessments (TM52, TM59, Part O)
- Experience with IES or similar dynamic simulation software
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage your own workload across multiple projects
- Full right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
