Zest4Talent are proud to be partnering with a leading building consultancy in London, who are looking to appoint a Senior Building Performance Consultant to strengthen their sustainability and building performance capability. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant with strong expertise in dynamic simulation modelling to join a forward‑thinking organisation delivering high‑quality, technically robust solutions across the built environment.
The Opportunity
- You will be joining a collaborative and technically driven team where innovation, performance and sustainability are central to project delivery.
- Deliver dynamic thermal modelling using IES‑VE.
- Lead overheating assessments in line with TM59 and TM54.
- Provide clear, technically robust advice to clients and design teams.
- Support the delivery of energy and sustainability strategies across a range of projects.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers.
- Contribute to reports, modelling outputs and client presentations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
Experience across residential and mixed‑use developments is essential. This role requires four days per week in the office, reflecting the collaborative nature of the team and project delivery approach.
