Are you an experienced Acoustic Consultant looking to do more than planning-stage work? Zest4Talent is recruiting an experienced Acoustic Consultant for a successful, well-established specialist consultancy working on some of the UK’s most prestigious and technically complex developments. This is an opportunity to use your expertise throughout the full project lifecycle—from planning and feasibility through to detailed design, construction, testing and handover. You could be working on landmark residential towers, mixed-use developments, luxury hotels, commercial buildings, education, healthcare and major infrastructure projects.
Your work will include:
- Detailed building-acoustics design
- Façade and internal sound-insulation assessments
- Mechanical plant and building-services noise control
- Technical reports and practical design solutions
- Client and design-team meetings
- Managing projects from instruction to completion
- Supporting and mentoring developing consultants
The first month will be based primarily in the Bedford office, allowing you to build relationships with the team and understand the company’s projects and approach. Following onboarding, greater flexibility will be available, and experienced consultants based further afield may be considered.
Salary up to £50k dependent on experience. Profit-share bonus. Discounted private medical insurance. Flexible working following onboarding. Excellent professional development and progression.
Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this role. If you want to work on leading projects where your acoustic-design expertise will make a genuine difference, contact Matt Norgrove or Tina Goodhart FREC.
