This is a relationship-led sales role with NO cold calling involved. You will work with an existing and lapsed customer base, helping clients identify the right technical solutions for their needs. You’ll receive full training on a niche range of innovative technical products and become a trusted point of contact for customers seeking advice, solutions and product expertise.

  • Making outgoing sales calls to existing and lapsed clients
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Handling inbound sales enquiries and customer queries
  • Supporting customers with both pre-sales and post-sales enquiries
  • Assisting with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Visiting client sites alongside the Sales Manager/Director once fully trained

Some experience in sales, account management, retail or a customer-facing role is required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You may have originally considered a technical or engineering career path but discovered your strengths lie in working with people and building customer relationships.
