Zest4Talent are delighted to be working with a well-established Building Services Consultancy who are expanding their sustainability team in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected consultancy with genuine career development, hybrid flexibility, and exposure to exciting, sustainability-led projects.

The Role:

  • Completing SAP assessments and contributing to building performance reports.
  • Supporting residential and mixed-use projects from design through compliance.
  • Working closely with design and MEP teams to deliver high-quality submissions.

About You:

  • OCDEA accredited or 2–3 years’ experience completing SAP assessments under supervision.
  • Strong communicator and self-motivated professional.

Package & Benefits:

  • Salary up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • Hybrid working – typically 3 days office, 2 days from home (flexible for the right candidate).
