The Role:
- Completing SAP assessments and contributing to building performance reports.
- Supporting residential and mixed-use projects from design through compliance.
- Working closely with design and MEP teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
About You:
- OCDEA accredited or 2–3 years’ experience completing SAP assessments under supervision.
- Strong communicator and self-motivated professional.
Package & Benefits:
- Salary up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Hybrid working – typically 3 days office, 2 days from home (flexible for the right candidate).
