Are you an experienced Building Physics Consultant or accredited NDEA looking to join a growing consultancy where your technical expertise is genuinely valued? Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a technically strong consultant with experience in commercial EPCs, Part L compliance, thermal modelling, and building performance analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical delivery and client-facing aspects of consultancy, whilst working within a collaborative and supportive remote environment.

The Role

  • You will take ownership of a range of commercial building compliance and energy modelling projects, working directly with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders across the UK.
  • The role will involve delivering Non-Domestic EPCs across a range of commercial projects.
  • Producing Part L compliance assessments (As-Designed).
