Are you a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager with experience operating in stand alone roles or on Nightshift? We are currently working with a multi-site, fast paced food manufacturer who are looking a Nightshift Production Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for leadership of the Production Supervisors, leading their development, upholding food safety, health and safety and quality standards, driving Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing. To be successful in this role you will need to have 3-5+ years experience at Production Manager level, a hands on strong leader who work autonomously, a background in CI and an analytical mindset.
