Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £50,000
Shift: Monday - Friday (06:00-15:00)
Location: Worcestershire (Commutable from Worcester, Gloucester, Evesham, Cheltenham, Redditch and surrounding areas)

Main Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Perform root cause analysis on component failures and implement improvement measures.
- Respond to and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns, including fault-finding.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Plan and execute small-scale engineering projects.
- Specify and source replacement parts and equipment.
What we are looking for:
- Strong electrical & mechanical knowledge, preferably within food manufacturing.
- Clear and confident communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- City & Guilds qualified or time-served multi-skilled engineer.
- Knowledge of PLC systems is advantageous.
- Fabrication and welding experience is beneficial.
- Proven experience in multi-skilled engineering roles.
