I am currently seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our growing team in Manchester. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a group of Multi-skilled Engineers on a shift role.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
