Senior Process Technologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Process Technologist to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in the Southwest. This site is undergoing significant investment to drive innovation and product development across multiple cuisines. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist looking to lead process improvements, manage product launches, and collaborate closely with NPD teams. • Lead and support process trials from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Maintain the critical path and ensure timelines are achieved.
• Manage customer panels and coordinate feedback implementation.
• Develop and support your team to meet business goals.
• Ensure all activities comply with customer standards and audit requirements.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control of trials.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation on-site.

• A strong background working in food manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer trials and factory launches.
• Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 (or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
