Are you a technically minded and hands-on food professional looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK\βs most respected food manufacturers as a Senior Process Technologist, playing a key role in bringing innovative new products from concept to launch.
As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you\βll be at the heart of process development β taking ownership of scaling up products from kitchen samples to full-scale production. Working closely with NPD, Technical and Operations teams, you\βll ensure that every product not only meets the highest standards of quality, cost and efficiency but also delights consumers and performs consistently on the factory floor.
You\βll be joining a business that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence in manufacturing. To succeed in this role, you\βll have proven experience as a Process Technologist or Senior Process Technologist within the food manufacturing industry, ideally working with major retailers. You\βll be confident communicating across multiple departments, managing projects, and adapting to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A degree in Food Science or a related discipline is desirable, along with a genuine enthusiasm for food, innovation, and process excellence.
