You'll be well suited if you have:
- A solid background in QA within food manufacturing, with at least 3 years at a supervisory or management level
- Good working knowledge of BRCGS and what it takes to maintain and improve a QMS
- HACCP Level 3 as a minimum
- Food Safety Level 3 is a bonus
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- A methodical, hands-on approach and the confidence to push back when standards aren't being met
