Calling all experienced Production Shift Managers and Production Managers. I am currently supporting a well-renowned food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team on a days and nights rotational shift. This role will suit hands-on managers who like to roll their sleeves up and lead by example.
You will be responsible for coaching, developing and establishing relationships within all Operations and CI based teams, ensuring quality, food safety and H&S standards are met, performance management, objective and target setting.
To be successful in this role you will need to have 5+ years of experience operating at Production Shift Manager/Production Manager level. You will need to be autonomous, hands-on, adaptable, and willing to go over and above. You will need to have an adaptable management style and be able to upskill and review/implement KPIs as the business grows.
