Ready to be the engine behind every successful food launch? A leading chilled food manufacturer is seeking a Process Technologist to join their high-performing team in London. This is a pivotal role at the heart of product development, where you\βll translate innovative recipes into scalable, production-ready products that meet the highest standards of quality, safety and commercial performance. You\βll lead factory trials through to launch, working cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Production and Commercial teams to ensure customer-approved recipes can be delivered efficiently, cost-effectively and consistently at scale. From planning trials and managing documentation to testing, validation and post-trial analysis, you\βll play a critical role in bringing new and improved products to life. What you\βll bring: β Experience as a Process Technologist or within NPD, chilled experience is a bonus β Confidence leading trials in fast-paced factory environments β Strong problem-solving skills β Excellent relationship-building ability β Highly organised with sharp attention to detail If you\βre passionate about turning great ideas into real-world production success this is your chance to make a tangible impact on products seen by millions of consumers.
