We are currently working with a reputable brand, multi-site food manufacturer that is looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern. You will be responsible for KPI's, H&S, costs, quality, planning, people management, driving CI & Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
To be successful in the role you will ideally have experience in a fast-paced food environment, +5 years within a role that involves people management and development, the ability to operate independently and the desire to progress into a senior management position.
