NPD Technologist – South West We are seeking a creative and motivated NPD Technologist to support the development of innovative food products from initial concept through to launch. This role will involve researching market trends and ingredients, creating kitchen samples, managing recipes and costings, and coordinating factory trials to ensure successful scale-up. You will also be involved in packaging development, working closely with suppliers to deliver practical and cost-effective solutions. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, while ensuring compliance with HACCP procedures, audit standards and customer codes of practice. You will be responsible for preparing documentation, managing samples, and supporting presentations to customers, ensuring the development process is smooth, compliant, and commercially viable. You\’ll bring a degree (or equivalent) in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or similar, along with experience in food product development.
