We are working with a dynamic and growing business based in London who are looking to appoint an experienced NPD Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with strong end-to-end product development experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role

As NPD Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from concept through to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with customer expectations. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end-to-end NPD process, from concept and feasibility through to launch
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including technical, commercial, supply chain and operations
  • Act as the central point of contact to ensure projects remain on track, meeting key milestones and deadlines
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to translate briefs into commercially viable products
  • Ensure projects meet required quality, cost and timeline objectives

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development projects
  • Confident working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with major UK retailers
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
