We\’re teaming up with a leading UK producer to find an ambitious and energetic NPD Manager to join their growing innovation team. As NPD Manager, you\’ll take ownership of developing and launching new and upgraded products from concept right through to launch – making sure every project hits the mark on time, cost, and quality. You\’ll work closely with commercial, technical, and operations teams to turn big ideas into delicious realities, keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of market trends and consumer cravings.
Your days will be filled with taste panels, creative brainstorming sessions, factory trials, and customer presentations – no two days will ever be the same! You\’ll manage multiple projects at pace, ensuring everything runs smoothly from kitchen concept to full-scale production. Building brilliant relationships with major retail customers will be second nature to you, as you help shape the next wave of winning products.
To thrive in this role, you\’ll bring 1-2 years\’ experience in an NPD or similar position within food manufacturing. You\’ll be confident presenting ideas, juggling projects and collaborating across teams. A Food Science degree or equivalent experience will give you the technical know-how to back up your creativity.
Most importantly, you\’ll be passionate about great food and love bringing exciting new products to life.
