Are you a multi-skilled engineer or maintenance engineer or shift engineer looking for your next move in manufacturing? We are partnering with a market leading food manufacturing company, working in a highly skilled engineering team.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance and respond efficiently to breakdowns in a timely manner to maximise equipment uptime
- Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding on a variety of equipment
- Use system to record maintenance activity and planned maintenance and track KPI's
- Work effectively with external contractors and production teams to ensure smooth running of the factory
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, environmental and health and safety standards.
Key skills & experience:
- Time served or relevant engineering qualifications
- Previous maintenance or engineering experience within the FMCG industry
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and health and safety standards
- PLC fault finding or diagnostics skills
