As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining various production equipment to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position within a food production environment. Your responsibilities will include: * Planned Preventative Maintenance: Ensuring machinery and equipment perform at their best. * Reactive Maintenance: Diagnosing and fixing breakdowns swiftly to minimize downtime. * Continuous Improvement Projects: Identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing innovative solutions. * Compliance and Safety: Adhering to industry regulations and maintaining health and safety standards. * Collaboration: Working closely with production, quality, and operations teams to achieve shared goals. A multi-skilled engineering background with experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. Experience in the food manufacturing sector or a similarly fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in engineering disciplines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
