Multi – Skilled Engineer Shift: Day shift Salary: £50,000 Commutable from: Boston, Spalding, Skegness, Grantham, Sleaford, Lincoln, King's Lynn, Peterborough, Newark-on-Trent and Wisbech. Are you a multi skilled engineer or maintenance engineer or shift engineer looking for your next challenge with a recently invested food company? With a flexible day shift patterm. We are partnering with a market leading food manufacturing company, working in a highly skilled, well established and fast passed engineering team. Key responsibilities: * Deliver planned preventative maintenance and respond efficiently to breakdowns in a timely manner to maximise equipment uptime * Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding on a variety of equipment * Use system to update maintenance activity and planned maintenance and track KPI's * Work effectively with external contractors and production teams to ensure smooth running of the factory * Ensure full compliance with food safety, environmental and health and safety standards. * Assist with continuous improvement initiatives Key skills & experience: * Time served or relevant level 3 engineering qualifications * Previous maintenance or engineering experience within the FMCG industry * Good communication and problem-solving skills * High attention to detail and health and safety standards * Flexibility to cover shifts if required.
