I am currently seeking a Site Engineer to join a growing team in Manchester. As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for responding to reactive breakdowns, completing PPM's and leading a small team of engineers.

  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers.
  • Manage a team of multi-skilled engineers while remaining actively involved in fault finding, repairs, and plant optimisation.
  • Lead maintenance strategy, breakdown response, and continuous improvement for production equipment and utilities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and assist in the professional development of team members.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations and promoting best practices.
  • Foster strong communication channels within the team and across different departments to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong technical background in engineering - Mechanical or Electrical.
