The Role
- Lead continuous improvement projects to boost machine reliability and reduce downtime
- Analyse breakdown and performance data to identify root causes and long-term fixes
- Work alongside maintenance and production teams to implement engineering improvements
- Support and coach the maintenance team on best practice
- Get involved in capital projects and equipment upgrades
What We're Looking For
- Engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC, degree, or equivalent) with a multi-skilled maintenance background
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a track record of driving improvement
- Strong communication skills to influence at all levels
- Looking for a move away from shift work into a Monday - Friday role
