Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across a range of systems.
- Carry out breakdown fault finding and maintenance on production machinery.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve equipment failures and recurring issues.
- Maintain and optimise steam systems, ensuring they run safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve overall equipment performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role (electrical and mechanical).
- Previous experience working within food manufacturing.
