Currently working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Sleaford area who are looking to bring in a Multi-Skilled Engineer to strengthen their team. If you’re the kind of engineer who enjoys getting stuck in and thinking on your feet this could be a great fit. You’ll be a key part of the engineering team dealing with the below:

  • Responding to breakdowns and getting production back up and running
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
  • Fault finding across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Getting involved in continuous improvement work
  • Working closely with production and other teams on site

  • Multi-skilled (comfortable both mechanically and electrically)
  • Level 3 qualification - ideally electrical but open
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG would be ideal. Food even better.
