We are currently working with a well-established food manufacturer who are a great brand with great products! They are looking for an Operations Manager on a 12 Month FTC to support a period of change. This role will be responsible for leadership through change, operational excellence, performance and CU, people leadership, KPI delivery, cross functional collaboration, compliance/audits and full site accountability.
You will need to have a background of proven leadership and management, analytical mindset and decision making skills, operational and Continuous Improvement expertise.
