- Shape and prioritise a roadmap that includes:
- AI-powered insights and support tools for employers and employees
- Deep integrations with third-party platforms (via APIs and flat files)
- Development of public APIs and employee data services
- Complex employee data needs across multiple geographies and sectors
- Collaborate with product designers, business/data analysts and development teams to deliver full-stack product solutions.
- Inform and deliver the wider organisation's AI strategy.
- Work closely with agile development teams to bring features to life.
- Produce clear, concise product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support sales teams with technical insight for complex opportunities.
- Champion customer satisfaction and platform growth through exceptional product experiences.
- Work closely to implement the platform across other countries across the Group, with European travel required from time to time.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a product management role within a technology-led organisation.
- A strong growth mindset and the ability to synthesise complex problems into scalable, reusable solutions.
- Experience working with data-focused product capabilities that leverage AI to provide demonstrable client value.
- Exposure to LLM-based applications and how they interact with external systems.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context injection, and tool orchestration.
- Experience working across end-user UIs, admin interfaces, and APIs.
- A compelling storyteller who can inspire clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with product management and analytics tools (e.g., Aha!, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- A solid understanding of data structures and how they interface with front-end and back-end systems.
- Experience in HR tech, insurtech, or AI sectors is beneficial but not required.
- A track record of delivering impact at an organisational level — not just shipping features.
