I am looking to speak with Manufacturing Managers, Operations Managers and Heads of Operations who have operated in an independent capacity to head up and drive Production within a food manufacturing environment. I am partnering with an exciting and growing brand in the food industry who are going through a period of upscaling and growth and are currently looking for a Head of Operations to join the team and lead the end-to-end process.
The role will be Mon-Fri days but may require some flexibility around hours. You will be responsible for:
- Production Leadership
- Logistics
- Fulfilment
- Growth and scalability
- Planning and cross departmental coordination
- Performance management and efficient output
To be successful in the role you will need to have 10+ years of food manufacturing experience at management level, operating in an independent/decision-making head of production position. A strong track record of delivering and improving operational performance, a strong leadership style, and understanding of food safety, quality standards and compliance is essential.
